Maintenance with red panax ginseng
These days, I am only taking red panax ginseng extract about 3-4 times a week. It seems that whatever it is doing, my body has stored up enough of it that it only needs some here and there. I still experiment by not taking it for more than 3 days and notice that my joint and muscle aches return. Still searching for a similar natural substance for weight loss but haven’t found anything yet. I think I will keep taking red panax ginseng for the rest of my life. I’ve got 6 boxes of 30 vials sitting in the closet and they too will be consumed. Great stuff. The Chinese certainly know their herbs and natural substances and Ginseng is king, at least in my book.
